The Zaxby’s Franchising Information Technology Restaurant Systems’ team contributes to the success of the brand by designing, implementing, and supporting restaurant technologies at all of our restaurants. The Systems Analyst position is core to the Restaurant Systems Help Desk and functions as the point of contact for Zaxby’s restaurants seeking IT assistance.

The Systems Analyst provides Help Desk support to end users of our restaurant systems on a daily basis and executes resolutions through problem diagnosis, and guides restaurant managers through solutions. This person provides excellent customer service skills necessary to excel in this position.  The System Analyst troubleshoots problems or works with vendors to solve escalated and complex difficulties.  If necessary, difficult and/or serious problems will be escalated to vendors’ second level help desk and/or RS Helpdesk Manager.  There will be opportunities to learn application development, script writing, and database querying

Manage and perform all operational procedures relating to general office administration and provide confidential high-level administrative support to the Distribution and Logistics team. Responsible for handling multiple tasks and administrative duties and projects. Demonstrate a high degree of professionalism and initiative. Assist in the timely management of all communication: written, via telephone, e-mail to variety of stake holders, external supply partners, restaurant personnel, and licensees. Monitor and troubleshoot store deliveries made by Zaxby’s appointed distributors utilizing Arrowstream’s food service supply chain platform to manage inbound and outbound deliveries. Track and report on the status of Zaxby’s-managed inbound freight via third-party logistics provider (3PL) web portals.

Identifies and corrects data gaps, recommends processes and executes on opportunities within the system.  This position will deliver reports on regular basis as well as in response to ad-hoc requests from multiple departments
