Caesar Zalad™

Lettuce never forget all the freshness this parmesan-sprinkled masterpiece brought to our lives. To honor its legacy, our rich and creamy Caesar salad dressing will remain available to all.

See below to learn how to make your favorite retired flavors at home!

Ingredients

6 cups (approximately 1/2 head) romaine lettuce

2 cups (approximately 1/4 head) iceberg lettuce

¼ cup bacon bits

½ cup shredded natural parmesan cheese

5 Zaxby’s Chicken Fingerz™, cut into bite size pieces

½ cup croutons

2-4 packets of Zaxby's Caesar dressing


Makes 2 salads

How to Make It

STEP 1

Wash lettuces in colander and pat dry with paper towels

Step 2

Cut lettuces into ½ inch pieces

Step 3

Place lettuces in medium-large bowl

Step 4

Top with bacon, parmesan cheese, fingers, and croutons.

Step 5

Drizzle on Caesar dressing and enjoy!

Tater Chips

May the sound of their crisp yet delicate crunch echo in eternity. As you adjust to a world without these thinly sliced sensations, look to our Crinkle Fries for comfort.

Ingredients

4 russet potatoes

4 cups vegetable oil

Zaxby's seasoning salt to taste


Makes 4 servings

How to Make It

STEP 1

Rinse off potatoes under cold water to remove excess dirt.

Step 2

Slice potatoes in half lengthwise (if not using food processor, skip step)

Step 3

Run potatoes through slicing utensil of food processor, side of metal grater, or by hand with a knife (approximately 1/8” thick).

Step 4

Immerse sliced potatoes in ice water bath to soak for 10 minutes.

Step 5

Drain potatoes and pat dry with paper towels.

Step 6

Heat vegetable oil in a heavy skillet on stove at medium heat to 350 to 375F. The oil should be about 1½” deep. *Make sure oil does not smoke to avoid starting a fire.

Step 7

Place sliced potatoes in skillet in batches and fry until golden brown, stirring frequently.

Step 8

Remove potatoes with a slotted spoon onto a plate with paper towels to soak up excess oil.

Step 9

Immediately season with Zaxby’s seasoning salt to desired amount and enjoy!
