    A Southeast favorite for chicken fingers and wings and one of the nation’s fastest-growing restaurant chains, Zaxby’s is opening its eighth location in the Louisville market on Monday, March 9. Located at 3423 Fern Valley Road, owner Steve Brewer will operate 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday with the drive through open an hour later daily.

A Southeast favorite for chicken fingers and wings, Hoozax Foods, Inc., led by Duane Hoover and son Carl Hoover, plans to open the new fast casual restaurant in the next 30 days and will celebrate its grand opening by giving away a Fanatic Pack of 52 Free Dealz – meaning a free item at Zaxby’s each week for a year – to the first 100 guests.

  • ZAXBY’S IN DANVILLE CELEBRATES GRAND OPENING WITH RIBBON CUTTING

    To celebrate last week’s grand opening, the first Zaxby’s in Danville is holding a ribbon cutting ceremony on Monday, Feb. 9 at 10 a.m. as a way to welcome the community to the new location. Located at 176 Holt Garrison Parkway, the restaurant will operate 10:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 10:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday, and 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Sunday.

Located at 1608 Old Sterlington Road, licensees Randall McDonald and Ray Anding will operate the restaurant seven days a week from 10:30 a.m. to 2 a.m. daily.
